Search the FAQ for entries containing:

1.  Select Start then Run.

2.  Type Dialer then select OK.

3.  Once Dialer opens wait approximately 30-60 seconds then select Edit then Options.

4.  If the monitored Cisco line shows up in the Phone Calls Drop Down, you have properly configured the Cisco TSP Drivers.

If the available lines do not show up, verify the TSP configuration steps were completed and that the machine was restarted after installing the TSP driver.
