Since accessaphone can monitor up to two different lines there may be two Line Forms, each with their own nickname, configured with the Line Registration Form. The Line Registration Form will need to be closed to exit or close the entire application.
Steps
1. Bring the Line Registration Form for accessaphone into focus by pressing the hot key combination CRTL+SHIFT+~. The accent/ grave key is the key commonly located under the Esc key at the top left on the Qwerty keyboard.
NOTE: If using a windows mouse, you can also click the accessaphone icon in the systray to open the Line Registration Form.
2. Once in focus, the accessaphone application can be closed by pressing the hot key combination Alt+F4 or by selecting the Exit Button. The user will hear “accessaphone is shutting down” if text to speech is enabled.
NOTE: If using a mouse, the standard Microsoft Windows exit button, X at the top right, can be used on the Line Registration Form to close the application.
