ipTTY Ports and Protocols

The below is an image of a diagram that provides more information about how ipTTY might connect to your telephony infrastructure. ipTTY will connect to your PBX via SIP (session initiation protocol). The ports used are 5060 UDP for SIP, 8000-8010 UDP for RTP/RTCP and 9000-9010 UDP for RTP/RTCP.
