Our provisional package enables accommodating a few individuals within a specific location. The Provisional package includes:

• 2 Licenses of accessaphone
• 2 Licenses of ipTTY
• 1 Year of Software Maintenance

Additional licenses of accessaphone can be purchased for $1,500/license and ipTTY for $325/license.

*Tenacity provides the customer with the right to upgrade to Accessibility Resolution within 1 year if/when the corporate level is educated on the enterprise benefit.

ipTTY Licensing

ipTTY is available on a per license basis as follows:

Accessibility Resolution

Accessibility Resolution (AR) allows enterprises to meet the full intent of Section 508 and other accessibility laws. AR includes System License registration and Annual Support for

• unlimited users of ipTTY for the deaf and hard of hearing
• unlimited users of accessaphone for the vision & mobility impaired
• unlimited users of accessaphone Total Conversation for the deaf who speak American Sign Language.

Think of AR as a solution not just for your call center, but rather your entire organization.  How nice would it be never to have to worry about accommodating another employee with a custom expensive solution or worse, experiencing a lawsuit due to not meeting compliance?  We offer four tiers under Accessibility Resolution (check with your phone system integrator for potential discounts).

Accessibility Pilot

The accessibility Pilot consists of

1. an Assessment and Evaluation of current solutions
2. an Accessibility Plan and
3. 25 Licenses of accessaphone and/or ipTTY plus remote training.

A. Assessment and Evaluation

This step involves assessing the current accessible solutions available to employees and customers. Accessibility gaps are identified in this step.

B. Accessibility Plan

Once the assessment is done, Tenacity will provide an accessibility plan that will fill any gaps identified during the assessment. This plan will facilitate a better environment for the organization's employees with varying abilities and disabilities, including those employees that have low vision or are blind, hard of hearing or deaf, or have physical, mobility, or cognitive disability.

C. accessaphone/ipTTY Licenses

Provided that the customer has a compatible phone system, the pilot includes up to 25 licenses of accessaphone and/or ipTTY. Remote training is also provided to both users and trainers if applicable.

Costs

• Licenses and Personnel Time: $15,000
• Optional On-Site Training: $2,500/day inside the US
